The Journey from
Idea to Impact
YIP is not just a competition; it is a year-long, structured development program that guides students at every step. It covers the full process from defining a problem to building a working prototype and presenting it publicly.
The program begins with YouthFest on November 29, continues throughout the year with regular mentorship and project development, and is completed with ImpactFest in June. What sets YIP apart from other programs is the structured support system provided to every student at each stage of the process.
Students work in groups of 2–4, research real-world problems with assigned advisors, and develop sustainable, applicable solutions. By the end of the program, students have not merely participated in a competition; they have completed a comprehensive project.
